Did you know that....?

      • Voter registration is permanent in Alabama so long as you remain in the same residence.
      • You may register to vote the same day you move to Alabama - no required time delay.
      • If you have not registered to vote and you wish to vote in a particular election, you must submit your voter registration application at least 10 days prior to the election.
      • You do not have to declare affiliation with a political party.
      • You are required to bring identification to the polls when you vote - every time!
      • If you will be turning 18 after the voter registration deadline but before the election, you may still register to vote and vote in that election so long as you meet all other Alabama voter registration requirements.
