The League of Women Voters is a non-profit, non-partisan organization whose purpose is to promote political responsibility through informed and active participation of citizens in government and to act on selected governmental issues. The League of Women Voters does not support or oppose any political party or any candidate. The League of Women Voters is financed by membership dues and contributions of interested citizens. Membership is open to anyone of voting age. Membership in the League of Women Voters of Baldwin County includes membership in the League of Women Voters of Alabama and membership in the League of Women Voters of the United States.
