REGISTRATION

DEADLINE-APRIL 15, 2001-late fees added after deadline

Full Registration includes convention materials, luncheon, banquet and hospitality suite--it does not include hotel room. Please make hotel reservations directly with the Tutwiler Hotel at 1-800-996-3426 or 205-322-2100 by APRIL 4, 2001 for the preferred room rate of $109 single/double plus tax. Valet Parking is $15 overnight or $7.50/event .

CONVENTION CANCELLATION POLICY

REGISTRATION-Refunds will be granted if written cancellation is received no later than 4/15/01. Refunds less $20 will be granted if written cancellation is received 4/16/01-4/30/01. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER MAY 1, 2001 OR FOR NO SHOWS..

TUTWILER HOTEL POLICY

The LWVAL Convention will be headquartered at the Tutwiler Hotel, 2000 Park Place North
Birmingham, Alabama 35203, phone1-800-996-3426. Each delegate/member is responsible for making his/her own hotel reservation by April 4, 2001. Check in time is after 3PM. Check out time is by 12:00 noon. Cancellations for individual reservations will be accepted by the Tutwiler Hotel up to 24 hours prior to arrival. REGISTRATION FORM - Please fill out and return this registration form by April 15, 2001 along with your registration fee check made out to the League of Women Voters of Alabama. Reservations may be accepted after this date, but a late registration fee will be assessed. Also, banquet and luncheon reservations may not be available. So be sure to get your reservation in by APRIL 15!
