Convention Hotel Reservations

We are delighted that the 2005 LWVAL Convention will take place at the Kellogg Conference Center on the Tuskegee University Campus. The Center includes state of the art meeting rooms and a full service hotel. The Kellogg Conference Center is a "combination of Southern grandeur and stately Georgian architecture." Room Reservation:

• A block of rooms will be reserved for LWVAL Convention attendees through April 8 - three weeks prior to Convention. When you reserve your rooms, mention that you are a Leaguer attending the League Convention, April 30 - May 1, 2005.
  
  
• The room rate for convention attendees is $85 per night for double occupancy and for single occupancy. After April 8, rooms are available at the same "convention" rate on an "as available basis."

  • On the left menu, click Visitors and Media
    
  • Then, click Kellogg Conference Center (You may need to scroll down a little to middle of page, then look towards left.)
    
  • Then, click Online Room Reservation Request.
    
  • Fill in reservation information. In Comments box, print "Request room rate for League of Women Voters of AL Convention." Click Send. You will receive a response from the Kellogg Center within 2-3 days.
    (NOTE: Leaguers who have made reservations on-line have found that the call-back time is considerably more than 3 days. A follow-up call to the Kellogg Conference Center may be necessary.)
